Many of these Saturn "mini" mods are popping up all across AliExpress. While they are taking off in popularity, PandaMonium says they're clearly ripping people off — charging more than a stock Saturn to do less than a stock Saturn. There's also evidence to suggest they're tearing up rare console variants to make some of these.
