TIL Motorola CPUs 68020 and above will work around some odd-addressed word- and long-alignment memory errors instead of raising an exception like the 68000 would. I had a few of those strewn throughout my code, and so the game would crash with guru 80000003 on a stock Amiga 500. Those are now corrected and the game runs with really great performance on that early Amiga system! #commodore #amiga #indiegamedev

I'm going to add warmup animations to my Amiga game. When you first start the game, the character will run through a few of the stretches, then get ready to run. After every collision and restart, you'll see one pose, then the "get ready" pose, so that way you get back into the game faster. I'll turn these roughs into finished animations, then those into pixel art for import as sprites. #krita #furryart #indiegamedev #rabbit

We've released our entry for the Piratesoftware Jam titled "The Life of a Tower". It follows the theme "You are the weapon" and is inspired by classic RTS games and Vampire Survivors.
However, in this game you do not move and you don't have direct control over your minions.
