I eschewed the Ides of March and went with Purple Shamrock on Windowsill, instead.
"Blood Moon Eclipse" teableau for 03/14/25
It was too cloudy for me to see the eclipse, so I made my own.
"Sound" teableau for 13Mar25
A nod to some of the things on or in Puget Sound: Lighthouses. Giant Pacific Octopus. Sailboat. People who paint Giant Pacific Octopuses on spoons.

The cup & saucer at center are very old, given to my octogenarian friend in her childhood by a WWI English vet disabled from being gassed in the trenches. My friend, raised in NZ, gave it to me in WA State. It's seen some things.

"Liberate" teableau for 02/22/25
Leopards & grapes are symbols of Dionysus, who for 2600+ years has represented Nature, inspiration, the arts, gathering, joy, mobility, the foreigner, abundance, & curing disease~ which are all being stolen away.
He also represents LIBERATION.
And even resurrection.
"Tranquilitea" teableau for 02/20/25
Take a moment. Loosen your shoulders. Breathe 4-7-8. Have some tea.
Really.
"Frondly" teableau for 02/17/25
On Saturday, my elderly neighbor asked for the loan of a vase. I took some options to let him choose. On Sunday, he returned the borrowed vase, with the addition of a bouquet of tulips. He & his wife are just sweet like that.
