I saw a physical therapist to start running again. He gave me a program to follow, and as I was "running" today, I was listening to Miike Snow's self titled album. What a blast from the past! The song "Sylvia" instantly transported me back in time: running through Central Park at night, stopping at Belvedere Castle, going up to the tower and looking out, listening to this song.
"When the lights go out, will there be a trace that I loved Sylvia?"

If you have personal experience (1) wearing a high quality mask (2) while doing a high intensity workout in a gym, what do you use? Boosts welcome.

I’ve tried several options, but the main problem seems to be that sweat compromises the elastic.

Gym day success. Little warm up/down with leg press & hip ab/adductor machines and some free squats. Added a bit more weight to squat bar than usual; still wary of stability but it seems to be going well. Hottub and sauna to finish.
